FAQ

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We offer a range of shipping options! The time it takes for your order to reach you will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout. You can view these options on our 'SHIPPING & RETURNS' page.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking and reference numbers. You can use these details to track the whereabouts of your order.
  • Can I return my order?
    We do hope that you are delighted with your new purchase, but if for any reason you need to return your items, you are able to do so within 14 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund. Kindly note that your items must be in line with our returns policy in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that Artist London are unable to cover shipping returns costs. These must be paid by the customer. Please follow these steps if you wish to return your item(s): - Fill in the returns form provided, making sure to correctly list the items and your reasons for return. - Pack up your item(s) safely and securely and ensure to include your returns paperwork inside. - Upon returning your items, please make sure to keep a copy of your Proof of Postage receipt (we ask that you keep ahold of this until you’ve received your full refund, as the return is your responsibility up until the point that we receive it back). - Once we receive and accept that your return is in line with our returns policy, we will process your refund immediately. You will receive an email confirmation of this. Please note that your refund may take up to 7 days for the money to be returned to your bank account.
  • I want to make a return, but have lost my returns form. What do I do?"
    Please send us an email at info@artist.london and we will send you a new returns form.
  • I received an incorrect/faulty item. What do I do?
    We are terribly sorry! To get this fixed for you ASAP please head to our 'Contact Us' section where you can drop us an email. When you message, please include the following information: • Your name • Order number • Product name of the item ordered • Product name of the item received • Picture of the incorrect/faulty item and a description of the incorrect/faulty item received
  • Can I change my delivery address once I've placed my order?
    If you need to change your delivery address, please get in touch within 1 hour of placing your order and we will try our best to change this for you. Please make sure to confirm your Order Number and the CORRECT address, as this information gives us a better chance of updating your address before your order is shipped! Please kindly note, if you fail to request an address change within the 1 hour window, we are unable to guarantee your request for an address change will be successful and if the order is dispatched to the address provided at the time of placing your order, we are not liable for refunding or replacing the order.
  • Which payment methods do you accept online?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards; Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and American Express. We also accept payment through PayPal.
  • How can I find out if you are restocking an item which is sold out?
    We know how disappointing it can be if an item you love is out of stock. You can drop us an email at info@artist.london, or a Direct Message on our Instagram page '@theartistlondon' and we will be able to advise you when your item will be back in stock!
