Working Days: Monday - Friday

All orders are sent tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.

United Kingdom Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £4.95

United Kingdom Next Day Delivery (orders must be placed before 3pm Mon-Thurs) - £6.95

United Kingdom Next Day Saturday Delivery (orders must be placed by 3pm Friday) - £8.95

European Standard Delivery (5-10 working days) - £15

International Standard Delivery (8-14 working days) - £20

All Next Day Delivery orders must be placed by 3pm in order to receive on time. If you are placing an order on a Friday, and wish to receive your order the following day, please choose Uk Next Day Saturday Delivery. Please kindly note that United Kingdom bank holidays will affect UK Delivery.

Please kindly note that some International orders may be subject to customs fees. If your parcel does incur customs fees, all charges must be paid by you as the customer, and will not be covered by Artist London. For more information on customs and duty charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are delighted with your new purchase, but if for any reason you need to return your items, you are able to do so within 14 days from the date of delivery to receive a full refund. Kindly note that your items must be in line with our returns policy in order to be eligible for a refund. Please note that Artist London are unable to cover shipping returns costs. These must be paid by the customer. If you have lost your returns form, please email us at info@artist.london for a replacement.

All items must be unused/unworn in their original packaging (including swing tags) in order to be eligible for a refund. Due to health and hygiene regulations, Artist London are unable to accept the return/exchange of earrings or any pierced jewellery.

Any faulty items received must be disclosed to us at info@artist.london within 3 days of delivery. Please kindly state your order number and include a photo of your item, along with a description of the problem.

We are happy to offer exchanges subject to stock availability. You are able to exchange your order within 14 days from date of delivery. Please email us at info@artist.london to organise your exchange. Please kindly note, your order must be in compliance with our returns policy to be eligible for an exchange.

Artist London are unable to cover any further shipping charges from the original receipt. All items are returned at the customer's expense. When returning your order, please send keep a copy of your proof of postage. We also recommend returning your order using a tracked service. Artist London are not responsible for any return items lost in transit.

Please kindly note that Artist London reserve the right to deny any refund requests in which the items do not adhere to our returns policy.
